A large single/small double (fits a double bed) available to rent in my three bed house in Upton, Poole. We are looking to rent this room for £300 pcm which includes all bills. Also virgin media and wifi available in room (inc in price) if you have a TV. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which goes to Poole. Also a train station nearby in Hamworthy. We are a household of two couples, myself and my partner own the property and we have a couple renting a double room. I am 24, my partner Alistair is 30, the couple are both aged 23. The property has a nice garden, shared bathroom (shower over bath), ground floor toilet, good sized kitchen, lounge and parking space available.
